Presentation On Japan 2008 Tour Is Scheduled I will be giving a new PowerPoint presentation on my recent trip to Japan with the International Maple Society and Growing Maples on March 5, 2009 at 7:00 pm at Designs In Nature. You will see Japanese maples in private gardens, temple gardens and at nursuries while I show you "Growing Maples from Tokyo to Texas". Designs In Nature is located on the north access road of Bowman Springs exit from I-20 and is on the northeast corner of loop 820 and I-20 in Fort Worth and has offered us the use of their building and chairs. A Powerpoint presentation on "Growing Japanese and Shantung Maples" will be presented at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 by Keith Johansson, owner of Metro Maples. Meet in the Redbud Room. Come and see and hear how maples are grown by the thousands in Texas and also meet the Fort Worth Organic Garden Club. No admission.
